Externally placed type of PVC waterstop, used where embedded
types can not be used due to interference of steel reinforcement.
DUMB-BELL TYPE
PVC waterstop with solid circular bulb either side, used
where large movement due to expansion/contraction is expected,
also for settlement joints and crumple sections.
RIBBED TYPE
A multipurpose, general type of PVC waterstop having ribs
on surface to ensure water tightness, used for expansion/contraction
joints also for construction joints.
REPLACEABLE TYPE
A specially developed design PVC waterstop designed by Ganga
Modernisation Authority Roorkee ( U.P.)

UTILITY
Being an essential component in RCC hydraulic structures,

for the crumple sections (to with stand Seismic forces), and

PVC WATERSTOP
DISCRIPTION
PVC Waterstop are profiles based on specifically formulated
plasticisrd PVC composition. Waterstop are used in concrete
masonary construction of hydraulic structures to safeguard
from hydrostatic pressure and water seepage. Waterstop also
withstand expansion or contraction of joints and take care
of any deflection or displacement arising due to change in
temperature or settlement of foundation elimenting danger
of water tight seals in poured concrete structures
